Rosti was founded in 1944 in Denmark and has a long history of high quality plastic moulding. In 1971 it became part of the A.P. Møller - Mærsk Group making plastic jugs for the oil industry and houseware in melamine. The widespread Margrethe kitchen bowl was designed back in 1948 end is still a bestseller in now Dutch owned Rosti Mepal.
