Ice Bucket
The ice bucket for Stelton was designed in the wake of the introduction of the EM77 thermo jug in plastic in 1979.
Erik Magnussen successfully argued that Stelton was a design company - not a manufacturer of steel products. The choice of material was part of the design process, and the production plant shouldn't stand in the way of obvious choices.
The ice bucket was one of a series of plastic articles including a pitcher, tray, sugar bowl, creamer etc.
